My responsibilities:

Ensure a maximum of user experience and consistency for all digital products of SPORT1 such as the SPORT1 News APP (iOS & Android), website or iMFootball

My responsibilities:

  • Managing a mixed team (45 FTE) of product managers, user experience and visual designers, developers, project managers
  • Development and execution of the product strategy across all digital channels
  • Implementation of a consistent framework and design strategy for core products
  • Owner of the product roadmap and the backlog
  • Ideation for innovative new products and functionalities

CASE: CAMPAIGN FOR FACK JU GOEHTE 2

Realize a campaign for "FACK JU GÖHTE 2" to ensure making the sequal as successful as the first part of the movie.

A 360° digital campaign with lots of content distributed over the relevant platforms and a rich display promotion the movie was even more successful than part one. In 2015 FJG2 was the most popular german movie production.

My responsibilities:

  • Strategy for the digital campaign incl. display, social, story telling, activation

How to make negative discussions about the brand Actimel in the web?

Answer: Generate a big amount of discussions with a constructive and positive character that surpass most of the negative noise. We build a platform for Actimel to answer all kind of questions users may have. Straightforward approach, authentically and by video.
